Lowered Sugar ~ Lowered Fat Kringla

With the arrival of the New Year ~ many have made a resolution for a healthier lifestyle. Farmhouse's "Heart Healthy" Kringla is a great way to help! With half the sugar and half the fat of our original kringla recipe, one can enjoy the kringla you love, while watching the calories! Our old-fashioned quality can't be beat!!
My sister had recently given her mother-in-law (who loves our original recipe kringla) some of these low fat/low sugar kringla to try and we wondered if she could taste a difference.
I did get a chuckle when my sister called to tell me of the message left on her answering machine: "If you hadn't of told me that kringla was low fat and low sugar, I wouldn't have known the difference - I just popped them in the microwave, and buttered them up, and they tasted delicious - I'd never know the difference."
I guess we all eat kringla in our own way...and most folks find them delicious just as they are! But whatever recipe you choose, you will find our kringla is delicious, however you enjoy eating them!!
